Image Design Exhibit Rentals include the rental cost of the exhibit, graphics, transportation, set up and dismantle labor. The only things not included are the costs that the show requires for their services. Show costs can be easily estimated very closely. and peace of mind, knowing that your final exhibit design cost is fixed and will not change.

At a minimum, in order to avoid rush charges, final production orders should be received no later than 30 days before the show, at a minimum. Larger exhibits should be finalized 60 days before the show. Two story, double deck exhibits 60 to 90- days before the show, depending on size. However, those are minimum times. To ensure availability and allow ample time for customization, we recommend finalizing your exhibit rental as early as possible—ideally three to four months before your event or more. This timeframe ensures sufficient time for design finalization, graphics production, and any necessary revisions while also securing your preferred booth design.
At Image Design Exhibit Rentals, our process is tailored to efficiently meet event deadlines. We calculate lead times based on the first day of the Advance Warehouse opening date, ensuring timely delivery. If your order is placed closer to the show date, rush charges may apply. Early booking is highly recommended to avoid additional fees and guarantee a seamless experience.
